Biography

Marie Josée is a second year master’s student in counselling, psychotherapy and spirituality at Saint-Paul University, Ottawa. She has a bachelor’s degree in English. Additionally, she has had a one-on-one counselling training at Institut de formation humaine et Intégral de Montréal.

Over the years, she has gained valuable practical experience by counselling and guiding vulnerable and marginalized individuals and groups with regard to their values and spirituality.

She has always been interested in psychological and spiritual development, social justice, and the meaning of life. Marie Josée is passionate about helping black youths to make positive changes in their lives. Supporting at-risk youths to make healthy choices, so they can become successful in every area of their lives.
