Jaku Konbit's Youth Voice captures and shares authentic thoughts, ideas and opinions of young persons on a range of hot and timely topics. Produced by young people, each theme-based clip harnesses creativity, digital technology and social media to empower and energize young people about their own lives and communities.

Providing young people a platform to speak their own ideas, opinions, and advice to others is transformative in itself. The benefits go beyond understanding how young people think and behave from a social, developmental, and psychological perspective. Youth Voice is part of a comprehensive outreach strategy to engage more young people of African descent in all areas of Canada's National Capital Region and beyond.
